Nobody has asked to be named here yet, and nobody has been turned down. The page exists now rather than later so that the first person who wants their name on it finds it already waiting for them.
When someone is listed, it will be the name or handle they chose, roughly what they found, and when. Never anything more about them than that, and never anyone who has not said yes.
